This is what a yoga class looks like for the first time

When you get into a yoga session, the first thing you notice is that it’s not exactly like any other yoga class.

It’s all different.

It doesn’t start with a teacher.

And, unlike other classes, it doesn’t feel like a traditional class.

When you get to the front, you’re not just standing in the same place as everyone else.

You’re in a different room with different people.

And the space is different.

Here’s what you’ll find: A yoga teacher is there.

But this one’s not wearing a mask or holding a pen in her hand.

Instead, she’s sitting in the center of the room, and you’re just sitting down.

You might not know it, but she’s not a yoga teacher.

You have a mat in front of you.

The teacher is in the back.

The students are standing in different spots.

And it’s all completely different from any other class.

Here are the basics: 1.

There’s no teacher.

No instructor is going to tell you to sit on a chair and do a pose, or to do a leg curl, or do a seated stretch.

The instructor is just there.

No one is going get into trouble if they don’t do the poses or do the stretches.

You sit in a row.

You don’t have to move around.

You can sit in one place for 10 minutes, 10 hours, and 30 days at a time.

It may sound odd, but it’s actually quite comfortable.

You learn in one class.

Each day, you’ll get an individual practice, which is essentially an hour or so where you practice one pose.

You practice it in your own time, and in different poses.

You’ll be able to do these different poses, and they’ll be different, so that you get more practice each day.

You may feel a little nervous, but you’ll feel confident each day and get more comfortable each day, because you’re actually practicing the poses.

You get a teacher to teach you.

You won’t have any instructions, but there will be a teacher there to teach each class.

That’s it.

If you feel uncomfortable with the teacher, that’s okay.

It means she’s teaching you something.

That might mean teaching you a different pose.

That may mean she’s learning something about your body or about your breathing or your posture.

Whatever it is, you don’t need to do anything else.

If she’s doing something else, then you’re going to have to go and practice that.

And you’ll learn more from her.

You wear a mask.

You should always wear a full mask.

And that’s what I’m going to do here.

The best thing to do, I would say, is wear a regular mask.

Not a mask with a hood, a mask that you can slip on.

That mask will have a little hole that’s going to let you breathe.

But it will cover your face and your mouth.

It will let you move your eyes, so you won’t need a lot of effort to look into a mirror and be able, if you want, to breathe.

So, the mask is a good idea.

But there’s a downside.

If your face starts to get irritated, or if your breathing gets bad, then it’s going a bit crazy.

So you’re probably going to need to wear a face mask that covers your whole face.

The most important thing you should do is just keep practicing, and keep practicing.

And this is what we’re going a little bit more in depth on next week.

But I’ll just say this: If you’re looking for a class that’s different from the rest, this is the one.

It gives you a great experience, and it’s an important part of the whole yoga experience.

And I can promise you, this one will make you feel good, and be good for you, for your health, and for your life.

If it helps you feel better, that is fantastic.

If this helped you feel more confident in your body, that would be fantastic.

I’m sure you’ll have a great time.

I love to hear from you.

I want to thank you.

And please join me next week, when I talk to one of my favorite celebrities, Serena Williams.
